The Kokusai Bunka Kyokai (International Cultural Association, ICA) announced that the 56th edition of the Miss International Beauty Pageant will take place at the Tokyo Dome City Hall in Tokyo on Thursday, October 27th with the participation of about 70 beauties from around the world.
